There is no smarter person, or more talented, anywhere in the world, than Hugo Sanchez Márquez. He is passionate about football and loves his work.

Hugo Sanchez born July 11, 1958 and grew up in Mexico City. When he was 18 years old he started to play professional football for the Mexican team in the PanAmerican Games and later in 1976 at the Olympics. He was the best player in the Games. Then he took his experience to the U.N.A.M. I’m so excited, to watch him play was wonderful and beautiful, to see him scoring brilliant goals; he became the best player in the world.

He played in Spain and won a lot of trophies with the Atletico de Madrid and won the title of top goal scorer in the league. He changes the form to play and to watch football. He played for Real Madrid, one of best teams of the entire world. Football was his life, how he demonstrated his ability, his courage, and his braveness in all his games. Now he is Coach of Mexico. I’m proud of him and I think all Mexicans are proud too. He is a legend in football like other players but I prefer Hugo Sanchez for a Hero because he has everything to be one.

Hugo Sanchez's qualities encourage me to never give up, to keep going, to have faith, to strive for what you want. All these things will help you to improve in your studies. That’s why he is my hero.
