Immortal Technique

My hero in life is Immortal Technique because in his songs his words are so real. He's very Intelligent and has gone through so much to get his word out. He is very inspirational and knows how to connect his music to his life and others. He's my hero because he connects his music not only to his life but to others lives not only in the US but in other countries including 3rd world countries and how hard it is to live in their conditions.

For example his song "Peruvian Cocaine" all though the songs name might be a little weird if you listen to the start there is a interview and in some of his other songs they are like that. He has Interviews at the start and end of some of his songs to drag the listener to hear what he has to say. His Lyrics if you truly listen he Speaks the truth and you understand what he goes through in his life and what others go through in life.

His Life was hard and that's what a real rapper needs to start his career. His song "you never know" is about the love of his life dying from HIV and it's hard to be real without going through anything in your life. Everyone told him that he wouldn't make it. Look where he is now and he is still rising, the words he speaks are the truth so he should be rising.

The odd thing about immortal technique is that he is always open minded and never scared to be himself. He is a one of a kind rapper with his lyrics and his mind. He will rise one day to be the number one rapper like Dr Dre and Eminem. He is different because he is not like most rappers today. He is true about his words and the others are just all about fame - he just wants his words heard.

In the end I think of Immortal Technique as a great hero and he to me is like Tupac. He is inspirational and he talks about real things instead of money and girls. He talks about the government and 3rd world countries. He went to Iraq to see how bad the country is. He talked to all of the people that lived there and the had a lot of stories and all the stuff the government told us wasn't lies but, the stories the government told us don't seem to add up. Immortal Technique is one of a kind and always will be.
