Allen Iverson

To me a hero is a person who goes against the odds to overcome problems. A hero is a person who fights for justice and for rights and never gives up in whatever he or she is doing. A hero is a person that knows what he or she is doing and is not afraid of others and helps other people accomplish their goals too.

My sports hero is Allen Iverson because he is very intelligent. He knows what to do with the basketball whenever he has it in his hands. He has done very important things in the history of United States basketball since joining the NBA. I think he is currently the best basketball player in the US, and maybe even worldwide. He had made very important contributions to the USA team in the Olympic Games and for his team, The 76'ers of Philadelphia. That is why he is my Sports Hero.
