Who is my hero?

My hero is a person you loves the same things as me, a person who has a good heart and cares for others and a person who will stay focus and be courageous. I think that person is Jack Johnson.

What has Jack Johnson done? My hero, Jack Johnson, was son to a pro surfer Jeff Johnson. Jack Johnson also took up surfing when he was young and became a pro just like his father. But, at the age of 17 he got into a very tragic accident that changed his life. Johnson was at the Pipeline Masters when he got slammed into the reef and almost drowned, that left him to be hospitalized for many months and left him to do nothing. That is when Johnson’s life changed, instead of lying in bed and doing nothing he started t play the guitar and his music side came out of him.

Where does Jack Johnson live?

Jack Johnson was born in Haleiwa, North Shore and there he grew up. After that he went to the mainland to go to college. The college that Jack Johnson attended was University of California Santa Barbara. Now Jack Johnson is touring around the country and in Australia, selling out all the tickets.

When was the biggest accomplishment that Jack Johnson did and what was was it?

Jack Johnson loves to sing for the public and loves to show his passion for music and that is what he does. Every chance he can get him going and making a hit CD. From songs of his life to words from his heart everybody listens to his music. One of his big accomplishments that were a wonderful thing to him was in 2002 when his album that he made sold more then 500,000 copies. He accomplished something that he always dreamed of and never thought it would sale that much but it did. I think that that accomplishment that he did was a very big step for him because he knows that people all around love his music.

Why is Jack Johnson important to me (How has Jack Johnson made a difference in my life?)

This person is important to me because I love music and Jack Johnson is a song writer that sings from his heart and the deep in his soul. I love that kind of music and when he sings it is like a poem that he writes and he just adds a beat and sings it as a song. Jack Johnson can teach a person a lot of things like never give up. Jack Johnson was in an accident and everyone thought that his life was over but he didn’t. Jack Johnson just took in the next best thing and that is music. Music helped him move on with his life and showed him a new passion. I love that about him. I love music and I can learn form Jack Johnson to love it more.
