In honor of J.K Rowling, I did research about this hero in “Biography Today.” I chose J.K. Rowling because I like the Harry Potter movies and a few of her books. After the research, I was glad I did because I learned so much about her.

Who knew such a normal beginning would give the world such a hero? Joanne Kathleen Rowling was born on July 31, 1965. Her parents Peter and Anne Rowling. Her home town where she was born in a small town in South Gloucestershire, England called Chipping Sodbury. Today she is still alive. She is about 42 years old.

The foundation of heroism is education. She went to an elementary school in Winterbourne and in Tutshill. She also attended Wyedean Comprehensive School in Chepstow.

Career highlights, Rowling’s longest job held up was a secretary job with International Human Rights Organization Amnesty. The worst secretary ever is what Rowling called herself. When she was in Portal, Rowling got married to Jorage Aranes and gave birth to her daughter Jessica. They divorced one year after marriage. Then Rowling remarried Neil Murray and had a son named David and a daughter named Mackenzie.

Why this person is important, Rowling is important because she wrote the Harry Potter series. She got the idea when she moved around a lot as a child. She met a brother and sister with the last name Potter. She thought that was a good last name.
