My career hero is James Allard. He is my career hero because he has the type of job I want to have. I also became aware of him last Friday when I looked him up on Wikipedia about him creating the Xbox. He also created many products including software for computers and support in making many Xbox video games. He has made video games way better which is why I chose him also.

His career is involved in what I want to do. He created the Xbox and many other products for Microsoft. He went to Microsoft straight out of college with a bachelor degree of computer science from Boston University. He moved up to one of the leaders of Microsoft and makes over $250,000 a year.

Looking at his little kid pictures you can tell he wanted to build things for a living. As a little kid he loved to make these which developed to his modern day job. He was very successful in school and computers. He followed his love of constructing and computers to get to where he is today. The result is he became very successful.

He contributes to society for a couple reasons. One he developed the Xbox which is loved my millions of people to this day. He also developed “Xbox live” were you can play other people online using the internet. He also helped develop other products that Microsoft makes today. Without him we wouldn’t have a lot of good video games and computer software.

My high school goals are to do very well in school and to challenge myself to get into a good college. Also to do well in cross country. In college my goal is to get a bachelors’ degree in computer science. My lifetime goal is to be a software product manager and make my way up in society to be very successful. If I do become successful then I will donate to the poor so they can live on.
