My hero is Jackie Chan. He is a very humorous actor. He is now fifty-five years old and is living with his wife Lin Feng-Jiao. He was born on April the seventeenth of 1954 in Hong Kong.

As we all know, Jackie Chan is an actor. But what one might not know is how he became an actor. When he was just six years old his parents moved to Australia and sent him to a boarding school. At his boarding school he wasn't always treated fairly and wasn't always given enough food. This is the school where he became interested in acting because that was all that they were taught. But when he graduated from school he worked as a stuntman for movies. This is where he began his long road into becoming an actor.

At age seventeen young Jackie graduated from the China Drama Academy. When he came out he worked as a stuntman for movies. He starred in his first movie called 'The New Fists of Fury'. Then after that he moved in with his family at the age of nineteen. After that he was just a regular actor in Asia but then became very popular. Then two years later in 1985 he moved to America. Right when he got to America he was acting in a lot of movies. And now he is one of the most famous actors in America.

Jackie has had many accomplishments in his life. His first ever accomplishment was graduating from his school. Then he had his first and second movie where he became very popular in Asia. Then in the year 1982 he got married to his wife Lin Feng-Jiao. After that he had two children with her. His best movies though were the 'Rush Hour' series.

Jackie has inspired me in many ways. Until he was twenty, he was faced with challenges. He didn't have the best childhood. But even though he had a bad childhood, he still got through it and is now one of the most famous actors in America and in Asia. He is also now living with his wife and his children who are on their own now. He has showed that even when there are bad times, you will get through them and be rewarded greatly. Jackie Chan is my hero.
