James Crouch

I Chose Mr. Crouch……

He always kept me out of trouble. He was the best dean to me and many others. Mr. James Crouch was the dean of students in Milton L. Olive until last year. Now he works in the elementary school (la Francis Hardiman) as the assistant principal. I interviewed him by Email. This is what he said: I would describe myself as a hero because I have a chance to work with beautiful children like yourself.

"I would describe myself as a hero because I have a chance to work with beautiful children like yourself. It gives me the opportunity to teach students not only to be better students but better people."

Then you told me that you don’t think they were considering you a hero. You were just a daddy!!

Also you said, "My mother is my hero and still is my hero. So you believe I have a good heart and students gravitate to me because they see how much I care. So becoming assistant principal is more than a job for me, it’s a personal challenge to you." Then you also became to choose to be assistant principal because then you love children and there education.

Then you also said that you choose to be assistant principal because you love children and their education.

In this school Mr. Crouch was a big deal. When he left we took it pretty hard. Before I met Mr. Crouch he knew my cousin Kashif as a student. Then 2 years later he met me and my cousin Shafia. This Is how you helped me because I made myself to be better and control myself.
