Heroes could be anywhere you go. In my view, heroes are effective to people's lives, and they are always engraved on their memories. Joe Hisaishi is a music composer who is strikingly talented, and who has aspirations and responsibilities for his music. Since then, he had affected many people's lives through his music.

"Talented" would be the perfect word for Hisaishi. He started to take violin lessons when he was five, and he discovered his passion for music. He attended the Lunitachi College of Music in 1969 to major in music composition. Not too long after he collaborated with minimalist artist as a typestter, Hisaishi had successes for composing music for a small animation called Gyatoruzu in 1974. He got his big break, in 1983, when Hisaishi was recommended by a record company to create on album for Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind. At first, another composer was recommended to create the image album, but the director of the film Hayao Miyazaki hired Hisaishi instead of him, because his music style wasn't matched with the film. Hisaishi leaped into musical fame by writing songs for Miyazaki. His music impressed the whole country, as it contained traditional Japanese sentiments, and as a result of his prodigious sense of music, he won the Japanese Academy Award for Best of Music six times-in 1992, 1993, 1994, 1999, 2000, and 2009. Hisaishi became respected by the people, with his blossoming flowers of talent and his exceptional talents.

It is no exaggeration to say that his aspiration brought him to the top of the Japanese music industry. When Hisaishi was 35, he created his own label( Wonder land Inc.) and initiated a solo career and began to produce music. Also, winning the Japanese Academy Award for best music several times, didn't stop Hisaishi. Consequently, he released his first film as a director "Quantet Quantet" in 2001, the year after he got an award in 2000. Furthermore, Hisaishi took charge of composing the music of Korean, Chinese movie and drama, accordingly his name is known throughout the world. His aspiration made him become a leading music composer in Japan.

The biggest part of why I chose Hisaishi, is because he is always responsible for the music that he created and he has his own view of world. For example, when you see his concert video, he always calms down other player's tension with his guiltless smile. The song suddenly becomes so powerful under the baton of Hisaishi. However, the satisfactory music that he wrote, created his own worldview and they are inimitable. He originally worked as a composer, but now, there are more chances to see him conducting on his own in order to create better music. His strong responsibility and his own peculiar view of music show that he is a person who is worth to admired by people.

Many heroes affected people's lives in varied ways. Some are through their life experience, some are through distinguished service, but Hisaishi was different than others. His music always resonates inside my heart when I am in a strange position. He creates unique things, and he makes what only he can make. Not everyone has the talent of music like Hisaishi, but if I have the aspiration and my own worldview, I feel that I can do something big as Joe Hisaishi. Now, you can hear his music anywhere around the world. His brilliant talent and his passion of music resonates in people's hearts and affects their lives though his songs.
