J.K. Rowling

by Lyric from San Diego

"Imagination is not only the uniquely human capacity to envision that which is not, and therefore the fount of all invention and innovation. In its arguably most transformative and revelatory capacity, it is the power to that enables us to empathize with humans whose experiences we have never shared."(J. K. Rowling)The person who said this was J.K.Rowling. What she was basically saying about this quote was that imagination will never stop . No matter what happens we all have that power of imagination that no one can take away from.  Also with the human capacity of the brain it is natural to have your own imagination but with J.K. Rowling , all she is saying is put a little flare to you.J. K. Rowling was born in 1965. Her journey began in 1990 then ended in 2007. In 2005 J.K. Rowling was co-founded the Children's High Level Group. Rowling became an international literary sensation in 1999, when the first three installments of her Harry Potter children's book series took over.  After she graduated from Exeter University, she worked as a secretary at various firms, including a publisher. On Tuesday 21st May 2013 an annotated first edition of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. In 1996, while its author was working as a French teacher in Edinburgh, Bloomsbury. On 8 May 2012, J.K. Rowling was granted the Freedom of the City of London. Forbes magazine put Rowling second only to Oprah as the richest woman in entertainment. When she writes the books, She really does write them for herself. Oprah Winfrey interviewed J.K. Rowling in 2010. Rowling calls her time with Harry "one of the longest relationships of her adult life."My hero J.K.Rowling has the creativity and has the imagination of a open-mind. She has the power to make young kids see what is going on today. And  to believe that they are traveling inside the book to be with adventure and excitement with their favorite characters. Her creativity has came from good and hard times in her life that turns into something more.  Which makes kids or young adults want to do the same in their own life. J.K.Rowling  books doesn't determine her as a hero. A hero must have creative, and an open-mind. She has created a mind set full of imagination and wonder, that what I've  learned that  she believed in her books despite many rejections from publishers in  her earlier years.  I became  creative and  full of  letting my mind be explored. Also to be inspired to do the same. That is why J.K. Rowling is a hero, because she has creativity and an open mind.

My hero J.K. Rowling has a lot of creativity because in her writing and her life she had the fans and the characters of the magical world of Harry Potter,  to make her what she is today. And with that she has sold more than a quarter-billion books from her series of novels of a British boy named Harry Potter. As a single mother living in Edinburgh, Scotland, Rowling became an international literary sensation in 1999, when the first three installments. Her Harry Potter children's book series took over the top three slots of The New York Times best seller list, after achieving similar success in her native United Kingdom. This quote will explain how creative Rowling was when she started her imagination and how all the ideas of magic to forests and the advantages of Harry's world: "The advantage of a forest is it can be so many things it can be a place of enchantment, you never imagine a crowd in a forest, it's a solitary place. But there's just something. Is it because it used to be a place of shelter and safety to us I suppose. So I think, I am very drawn to them, even though they can be spooky." (J.K. Rowling) Another reason why she is very creativity is that in her books she has the stress parts and then the comic relief. "More than the exciting plots and well-developed characters, the humor and imagination of the Harry Potter novels enchant readers. Many characters, including Ron's wise-cracking twin brothers, provide comic relief." ( J.K. Rowling) Rowling got her creative ideas from a forest that she grew up with. And it made her have a connection with what Harry had been  when he was in the forest. When Rowling is writing in her books she is expressing her feelings and basically everyone else feelings as well. For example like when William Shakespeare has the nurse as comic relief, Rowling has Ron's twin brothers be the same thing. J.K.Rowling creativity has inspired so many that it opens up a whole new world of words and ideas that nobody can experience in a lifetime.

The second thing about my hero is that Rowling developed into writing at an early age, she had her eyes waken from a deep sleep and had her mind-opened with the  thoughts about love, death, heaven and hell were tested when her mother was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1980.(ABC News) Rowling got her open-mind experience when she was at an early age. And when she was writing she was going though with a difficult time with her mother being diagnosed. Rowling exactly sets the meaning to what she was proving in her book which was, for people to think about what's going on in the world but in a twist. This quote will make a greater understanding of how she built up and came across the wonderful world of imagination in her books. "In 1990, on what was normally a forty-minute train ride to the northern city of Manchester, a four-hour delay provided enough time for Rowling to dream up a story that would change her life."(MacDonald, Joan Vos). Another example for Rowling to have that open-minded experience is that she take the little things about her experience in life and turn it into an adventure for her characters in her book. "Though ostensibly portraying a fictional world of wizards, the books are parodies of modern society, often using humor to develop the serious social issues raised in the book, including racial prejudice, civil rights, and the role of the media." (J.K. Rowling) Rowling"s  creativity came from her parents and how it helped her build up her imagination. However her parents - both of whom came from impoverished backgrounds and neither of whom had been to college, took the view that her overactive imagination was an amusing quirk that would never pay a mortgage or secure a pension.( J.K.Rowling) Also how her imagination can bring people together and explore with each other. At the same though she twists it a little bit by putting out the problem  that she thinks what is going today. J.K. Rowling experience for an open-minded has led her to be an amazing person to come to closing of her ideas of imagination. But, her legacy will live on forever. Until her next adventure with a pen and paper.

J.K.Rowling's books don't determine her as a hero. Instead she created a mind set of full of imagination and wonder. That's what she is teaching us teens, or anyone who wants to write for that matter. She even believed in her books despite, many rejections from publishers in  her earlier years. I became creative and full of letting my mind be explored. Also to be inspired to do the same. This is the real reason why J.K. Rowling is a  true hero, because she gives people the inspiration that they need in there own life or writing career. My hero J.K. Rowling, has a lot of creativity because in her writing and her life she had the fans, and the characters of the magical world of Harry Potter,  to make her what she is today. As a single mother living in Edinburgh, Scotland, Rowling became an international literary sensation in 1999, when the first three installments. Her advantage of a forest is it can be so many things it can be a place of enchantment, you never imagine a crowd in a forest, it's a solitary place. How does J.K.Rowling experience with the adventures of a world with magic inspire other and me? Well, her inspiration goes all over the world . with her being philanthropic and has The three important things an author and a hero must have is PASSION, CREATIVITY, and MOTIVATION. Without that I don't think she will be an author that would have caught me and others attention. Her work has proved a lot which makes her attention to caught peoples eye even more acceptable. Which makes me respect her and her loyalty for her. "Sean Harris was the only person with whom I ever discussed my desire to be a writer, he predicted that I would be a success."( Rowling )I think with a friend like that, it meant a lot to her, and keep her going with her dream. Also with  the dedications of her family being there for her even with a few bumps in the way, they were the ones that pushed her to make people get inspired  in her own way and with her being inspired by her parents who will be with her in the very end.. "She says the absence of any meaningful relationship with her father and the loss of her mother has been the two of the most important influences on her writing." When J.K. Rowling was going through a loss of her mother and not a good communication system with her father,  it has improved her writing so much. "It matters not what someone is born, but what they grow to be" -J.K. Rowling. Once again J.K.Rowling hits the ticket to Hogwarts. It really doesn't matter what the person was born into,  as long as that person has the indignity to perseverance though its mind set of creativity, and wild experience of imagination that makes them who they really are on the inside,  not out. That is what J.K. Rowling is to me and how she encourages, and inspires to move on the challenges in my life and write about the emotions that  follow from me and to other people. So that they can feel, and have a connection to the world of the eyes of J.K. Rowling.
