My hero is Philip John Clapp, all so known as Johnny Knoxville. He is a actor of the show Jackass. He is 33 years of age, 6'1" and people refer to him as an athletic daredevil. He is my hero because he's not scared to try new things.

Johnny has done many things in his lifetime and here are a few things he did. One day he decided to shoot himself with pepper spray, a taser, a stun gun, .38, and then write an article about it. On his shows he and his friends get in shopping carts and push each other into bushes and walls. Even in one of his movies him and his friends were on see-saws and let a bull chase them. There is no way i can write down all the things that he has done because he done so much.

My hero was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee and stayed with him parents Phil and Lemoyne. After he graduated from high school he moved to California and attended American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Not long after he fell in love with his neighbor Melanie...so he dropped out of the academy. They took off to Las Vegas, Nevada, to get married but Johnny winded up spending his wedding money in the casinos. Later on they had a daughter, Madison.

Johnny was born March 11, 1971 and is still living today. Johnny is my hero because he is caring towards his family and friends. Also he tries his stunts with his friends and let them share some fame. I think he is a real cool guy and could be anyone's hero. Some people just don't understand why he does the things that he does and think he's stupid for doing all kinds of stunts, but i think they are crazy because he does this to entertain people and to do what he likes to do.

Johnny is important to me because he likes trying new things and sharing them with his friends who are interested in it too. I do that also. I think of stunts and things that I think will be cool and share them with my friends. He inspires me because he wasn't born with fame. He sent his articles of him writing about stunts he did to magazine editors and got turned down a bunch of times. But he didn't give up and finally somebody accepted him and then he made his own show. So it makes me feel to not give up and to keep trying if at first you don't succeed.
