My hero is Kirk Hammett. He is a musician and his instrument of choice is the guitar. He has been with the band, Metallica and has been rocking since 1983. And the band and him as well have been successful. Metallica's first guitar player was Dave Mustain who now is the front man of Megadeth. After Dave Mustain was kicked out, Kirk Hammett stepped in to take his place. There was no doubt that Kirk Hammett was the man for the job. His outgoing personality, and his fast solo brought Metallica to the bands peak.

My hero is Kirk Hammett. He lives somewhere in San Fransisco. My hero has made a difference in the music and art and made a different in the band Metallica. I have picked Kirk Hammett as my hero because he has inspired me to be the best guitarist i can be. I look on him for my own style of music and my playing. He is considered a hero in my book. Maybe he helps other people without knowing it but i know for a fact that he has helped me.

He is a great guitarist. He has done well in his field. He and the band Metallica toured around the world bringing metal to, as you know now, the fans of Metallica. They have released many albums such as, Ride The Lighting. The new music of metal was spreading around the world, bringing new style to the future. Kirk Hammett's insane solos and riffs brought a new look to Metallica back in 1983.

I believe that Kirk Hammett is ah hero and maybe he doesn't even know it but.. I do. He amazes me. his guitar playing is awesome and makes me want to play and get better and better at my guitar playing skill. He has many fans, probably more guitarist than anything. The things that Kirk did, I like to reflect on - like his fast playing and solos. I really like that about him, and it is very interesting.

I hope people see how he is a hero to me. A wonderful musician can go far and touch a lot of people and help them when they are in trouble. Like me. If I'm not sure where to go and I am feeling down, I just crank up some Metallica and listen to Kirk Hammett shred in the guitar. But, amazed more than anything, I hope you see what I see and like the same music. If not.. just realize that he is a hero in my book and that I hope you will reflect on what I have said.
