Kenneth Robb

Kenneth Robb (from my grandma)
Kenneth Robb (from my grandma)

Here is a story about my hero, Kenneth Robb, or my great great uncle, who fought in many wars, including World War 2! Kenneth was a very brave man because of all the wars he fought in. Secondly, he had a lot of determination in everything he did, and being selfish was not an option for him because putting others before him was the only thing he would love to do. For example he would teach others and started a hotel business for others so they could have a place to stay.

It all starts when Kenneth became Lieutenant Colonel in World War 2. He was never scared to lead new troops into any war he could get into. This brave hero continued life as a happy man even after all of the deaths, scarring, and being away from his beloved family. The time that he was involved in war he had to give up many things, with a result of three Purple Hearts in war, and survived all of them.

This leads me to the determination that Ken was filled with, because he would get back up even after getting shot to finish what he started. This man was very determined to himself and troops and not to fail them even if it was going into a scary circumstance. Lastly, my uncle would help his fallen team and get them to safety even if it meant losing his own life.

The last characteristic that Kenneth is filled with is selflessness, because he always put others before himself. For example, he gave the last seat to my grandma in the car and walked to his destination. This hero of mine has many selfless actions but two that I loved the most was that he would help anyone who needed it even if they didn't look as friendly. Finally, he would carry anything that you looked like you needed help with, no matter the weight!

Even though my Uncle may have lived a brutal and scarring life, he finished off as the bravest, most determined and selfless man I have ever known.
