Kathy Taylor

My hero is my mom, Kathy Taylor. She lives with me in Savannah and Fitzgerald, Georgia. Since my dad works in Fitzgerald she is the only one at our house with me on the weekdays, except for my cat. She is the best mom in the whole world.

The things she has done to make her a hero to me is that she has to put up with me (and I can be really annoying sometimes) so that takes a lot of patience. Also she is giving up so much for me to go to Savannah Country Day. If she wasn’t in my life I would be lost because I always forget what she would remember. Like I forget to bring my violin to school for strings, but she reminds me. I forget things a lot.

The similarities she has with the ancient Greek heroes are that she is smart. She always knows what to do. The differences are that she is not that strong and she loves to look at houses that cost about $100,000,000 and daydream about getting them. I bet that the Greek heroes didn’t go around looking at houses saying “Oh that’s really pretty,” and “ I love this view.” My hero will and always be my mom.
