After college, Kerri decided to play on the beach.  She became a Professional Beach Volleyball player on the A.V.P tour.  And Internationally, she played on the F.I.V.B world tour.  In 2001 she paired up with Misty May Treanor, and from then on, they seemed to be unbeatable.  Together they won several awards and medals: VP Crocs Cup Champions 2006, 2007, and 2008;  AVP team of the year in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008;  FIVB Tour champions in 2002.  They also won sportswomen of the year in 2004 and 2006.  Kerri Walsh Jennings and Misty May Treanor were the best of the beach.

Kerri Walsh Jennings' Olympic journey started in Sydney in 2000.  In Sydney, Kerri was not allowed to play the first few matches because of a false positive on the drug test.  Once the authorities determined she was falsly accused, Kerri returned to playing.  Kerri was on the Women's Indoor Team for the United States.  Kerri and her team ended up placing 4th overall.  Then in the Athens 2004 Olympics, Kerri moved to the beach and was paired with Misty May Treanor.  In Athens the unbeatable team of Kerri and Misty won the gold medal without dropping a single set.  Later on in the Bejing 2008 Olympics, Kerri was once again partnered with Misty May Treanor.  On August 21, 2008, Kerri and Misty earned the gold medal.  Once again they had not dropped a set, and had extended their undefeated streak to 108 matches.  Finally, in the London 2012 Olympics, Kerri and Misty were partners again.  They won gold and now were considered a "threepeat" team.  Only this time, they had lost 1 set to Austria, but ended up winning the match 17-21, 21-8, and 15-10.  They played fellow Americans April Ross and Jennifer Kessy on August 8th, 2012 for the gold medal and won the Match 21-16, 21-16.  After the London 2012 Olympics, Misty May Treanor announced that London would be her last Olympics and Kerri Walsh annonced that she was 5 weeks pregnant.  Overall, Kerri and Misty were a huge success at the Olympic games.
