Kim

Kim MacDougall is my hero because she has the qualities of a hero. She is independent,loving, and determined. She went to school in Ontario then came to Cape Breton. She went to Malcolm Munroe in grade 7 and then went on to Riverview in grade 10 - 12. She went to Breton Beauty Collage and became a hairdresser.

Independent- because she works to raise two kids herself. If someone asks her to do something she will do it for them. She can do things for herself without asking for help. Like when she is at work on her she has to go to the bank and pick up stuff and still find time to eat her lunch and still get back to work on time.

Loving- if me or my sister get hurt she is always there to help us. She does stuff for us even if we don’t ask her to. If me or my sister do something good like get a good mark she is there to reward us.

Determined- she tries to raise me and my sister right so we can have a good future. She gets all of her house work done before she does anything for herself.

My mom inspires me in many ways. She sets good examples for me and shows me what’s wrong in life so I can have a good future. That is why I picked her to be my hero.
