A hero to me is someone who is not afraid to be the best he or she can be. Who is passionate and vulnerable. Heroes aren't necessarily something you watch on tv that flies off buildings and can has super powers. A hero is also a doctor, firefighter, dentist, your family, friends, pets and much more important people out there.

A hero is a role model who sets good examples for people who look up to them. A hero can be anyone including YOU!

Some of the reasons my hero is my mom is because of the Job/Backgrounds she has, like a flight attendant when she was 19 until she met my dad, an aquatic supervisor for the town of Orangeville. She was born in Toronto and is Scottish and Irish.

She is also my hero because of the great qualities she has like a good listener, sense of humor and she always makes people laugh when they're sad or just looking for something to laugh at, best mom ever, understanding and caring.

My mom also has a lot of achievements like raising her kids and making them the best they can be and achieve their goals, Lifeguard/ Instructor for the town of Orangeville, first aid instructor, and went to York University but only did a year there.

My mom is the best mom ever and I wouldn't trade her for the world. She was the one who helped me get here today and without her I know I wouldn't have been here today.

She is the best hero to me in history and will always be a legend in my heart.
