Leonid Kutsenko was born near Kirovograd in 1953. He was a teacher and a writer. He liked a history and literature.
He studied the works and life of our famous countryman Yevgeny Malanyuk. Leonid Kutsenko was researcher. He found unknown facts and materials about Yevgeny Malanyuk. He discovered him our citizens. He respected his students and taught them to be respectful to the past.
I think that he was a man who has given all his life to the Literature.
