Have You Heard Of Laura Ingalls Wilder?
Laura Ingalls Wilder. You may know her from her Little House On The Prairie book series, but she also faced many obstacles in her life. Laura was born on February 7th, 1867 in a log cabin near Pepin, Wisconsin. She died on February 10th 1957, three days after her 90th birthday.
Troubled Times
Laura came across many obstacles but still she lived a magnificent life. She and her husband had to conquer suffering from diphtheria, as well as a fire in their house. She lived in very troubled times. She also had a baby son, which died after a few days of life. And wouldn’t it be difficult for someone’s husband to die from heart failure, 8 years before them? She was sad sometimes, but she still had a great life.
