Heroes are people who save people from floods, fires, and car crashes, right? They fly down in bright red and gold capes saving cats in trees that want to be saved, right? Not to me. I think heroes are people who help you with everything. That’s why, Laura Gaglione is one of my heroes.
I can’t name one thing she cannot do. When I get hurt, by getting a cut, or breaking a wrist, she is there for me. She is good at running, and great at gym. She is great at cooking, and makes a great meal at dinner. She helps me clean my room, when it’s a mess. She is very helpful.
She is the best mom you would ever want. If I need help at math, she will help me with every step. My mom is playful, fun, creative, and even crazy! She likes to take me shopping, and it is very fun. She picks out clothes, and sees if I like them. Shoes are my mom’s favorite, so she picks out the right ones for me, and sees if I like any. My mom and I pick out headbands. My mom and I both like the bright color ones. We also like the ones with words on them.
So why is my mom a hero? Because she cares for family, friends, pets, and most of all…me.
