The hero that I would like to talk about is Brandon Bruce Lee starring Eric Draven on the film “The crow”. Lee was born on February 1 of 1965. He died on March 31st of 1993 in the New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Willington, North Carolina, after a shooting accident on the set of “The Crow”, which ironically was 17 days before he married his fiancé, Eliza Hutton, in Mexico. On April 3rd Brandon Lee was buried next to his father Bruce Lee in lake view cemetery, Capitol Hill, Seattle.
The actual person who had the idea for the story of “The Crow” was James O’Barr, which at the age of 18 a drunk driver killed his fiancé and shortly afterwards the big depression was a big inspiration for him to start working on “The Crow” as a way to release his anger and sorrow over the death of his fiancé (this was early 1980-1981). O’Bar spent the 80’s doing odd jobs and working on the comic until it was discovered and published in 1989.
Eric Draven (Brandon Lee) is my hero on the fictional world; on the movie “The Crow” he faces many problems in life. In “The Crow” he gets brutally killed by a kind of gang that controls the town he lives in. On the movie this happens on October 30th the so-called “Devil’s Night” and a year later a crow bring Eric back to life but he now is invincible. The only way he can be harmed is if the crow, which brought him back to life, is killed, and then Eric will be vulnerable.
Now is time for me to talk about my hero in the real world James O’Bar, he is the actual creator of the crow. As I have say it already in this document what was the inspiration for him, well after the incident of his fiancé.
Finally that concludes everything I had to say about my two heroes In the fictional and real world, that sums it all up.
