This is a biography on Martin Luther King Jr. I think that Dr. King has determination. He has inspired millions. He had raging amounts of confidence. He is an outstanding leader. He has lots of integrity. And he has self-discipline. These are the reasons why my hero is Martin Luther King Jr. First, Dr. King was the most determined man I have ever heard about. He has so much determination that he influenced millions of people to stand up and get back their freedom.

Second, Dr. King inspired people to help him put an end to segregation in the south. He also inspired people to take interest in their dreams and try to make them come true. He never used violence to win his battles or solve his problems. Even today, people still are inspired to believe in their dreams.
Third, I think that Dr. King had raging amounts of confidence. The fact that he even followed his dreams that he knew were right is amazing, but even when firemen started spraying them with the fire hoses they still stayed in their same spot and “stuck it to the man” as some people say.
I think that Dr. King was an outstanding leader. Sure, some people were afraid, but they still fought. Some people thought it was easy but it wasn’t, probably because they couldn’t do it themselves.

I think that Martin Luther King Jr. has a lot of self-discipline. I think this because if you had to lead over 3 million people you would probably try to give the job to someone else. And when he felt that he was overruled, he still never gave up.
I know that Dr. King was a very good role model for people to follow from. He still inspires people today to follow and it isn’t a bad example. And I can almost guarantee you that those people have friends or family that are of different races.
In conclusion, I choose Martin Luther King Jr. because he has inspired millions of people.

My hero is Martin King Jr.
He made angels sing,
He never gave up,
He never used violence,
But he got his point across,
He inspired millions,
His booming voice
Sweeping through the Valley,
He made his point heard,
And always for them not him.
