Marlon Wayans was born July 23, 1972 and is now known as one of the greatest comedian/actor in the world. Marlon is the youngest of ten siblings, some of which are Keenan Ivory Wayans, Damon Wayans, Kim Wayans, and Shawn Wayans. The Wayans family is one of the well known families of the world. But, currently, Marlon is working on becoming the funniest Wayans family member.

Marlon has many qualities as a hero. Even though he makes parodies off of movies and other actors, he has respect for them. With Marlon acting and producing movies, and creating TV shows and screen writes for movies, he’s my hero. I’ve been in a couple of commercials and even tried out for a movie. But, what I’ve always wanted to do was write scripts for movies and TV shows. I have always been good with writing and I’ve always enjoyed reading scripts to movies and TV shows. Of the movies and shows Marlon Wayans has been in my favorites are, Don’t Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood and The Wayans Bros.

Marlon has been acting for a while and his first major screen credit was In Living Color in which he co-starred with his brother Keenan. Marlon decided to get into show business by following Keenan’s footsteps. But, before he went into show business he attended and graduated from Howard University.

Marlon then went on to co-star in his brother Damon’s comedy movie, Mo’ Money. Since he loved the comedy scene so much, he then went on to co-staring in the TV show, The Wayans Bros. with his brother, Shawn in 1995. In 1996, Marlon and his brother, Shawn, got lead roles in the gangsta movie, Don’t Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood. This movie is a parody off the other movies, Boyz N the Hood, Menace II Society, and New Jack City.

Marlon and his brother, Shawn are co-creators of the Nickelodeon show, Thugaboo. They say that Thugaboo is a cross between Charlie Brown and Fat Albert. With two episodes out, Sneaker Madness and The Thugaboo Christmas Special, it got many viewers and got many hits on the official Thugaboo website. Thugaboo has many parodies. In the episode, Sneaker Madness, the main character, D-Rock, wants to get the coolest pair of shoes, the Air Jared’s. Air Jared’s is a parody off of Air Jordan’s. There is also a store named Messy’s which is a parody off of Macy’s.

Now at 35 years old, Marlon Wayans is still doing movies and appearing on TV. He and his girlfriend, Angelica Zackary, have two kids; a boy and a girl. His son is named Shawn Howell and his daughter is named Arnai Zackary. Marlon does his job as a comedian/actor to help pay for his family. He enjoys getting good feedback from his fans and never wants to disappoint them.

Marlon Wayans is my hero, because he inspires me to follow my heart with whatever I want to do, and to do it for my family. Who knows, one day I may be writing scripts and TV shows.
