Meg Frampton

A hero is a person that influences your life; it doesn't matter if it's someone famous. A hero could be your family, friends, firefighter, teacher, police officer, and many more; all of these people can be heroes. To me a hero is someone who overcome difficulties and stands for what they believe in. Anybody who inspires you is a hero. My hero is Meg Frampton.

Meg is a member of the Meg & Dia band. She is a talented guitarist and the back up vocalist. Meg provides the lead vocals and plays keyboard for the song "Rebecca". Meg finds comfort in her novels. With all this going on she could still sit and read a novel. It just goes to show you that there is always time to read. Meg and Dia have stated in interviews that many of their songs are influenced by literature, and that it has had a big influence on their lives. The band has participated in many environmental protection like PETA and helped plant trees; this shows their dedication and determination to save the earth and animals. They are not afraid to fight for what they believe in.

Meg and Dia (sisters) of Korean and American descent, were born and raised in St. George, Utah; Meg was born April 3, 1985. She attended and was a cheerleader at Dixie High School and the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Nowadays she travels with the band on tours in the USA and other countries, which leaves little time for her to spend time at home.

Meg and her music she writes are a great influence to me because of how she can be inspired by anything and her music has deep meanings. She is an inspiration to me because she followed her dreams and succeeded. She is gifted and smart yet she still acts a little silly but it make me laugh so that's alright. Seems like everything she does is right, everything she does is beautiful.
