Masashi Kishimoto

My hero's name is Masashi Kishimoto. He was born in Okayama, Japan. On November 8th. His hobbies are playing videogames and playing baseball. Masashi also has a twin brother named Seishi, who is also a mangaka, that means cartoonist in Japanese.

Masashi Kishimoto is responsible for many anime cartoons. He made Dragon Quest, Ghost in the Shell and Akira manga, Hunter x Hunter, and my personal three favorites, One Piece, Naruto, and Dragon Ball Z.

Masashi actually started drawing at an early age. (I started drawing at an early age too, 2nd grade.) But it wasn't until he got older that his dream was to be a mangaka. When he grew up and went to college, he made a manga named "Karakuri". He submitted it to the Hop Step award.

In high school he finished his first manga (about 31 pages long). His brother and father gave their opinion. Kishimoto still didn't feel that his drawings were good enough. After barely graduating high school he felt useless but he never gave up trying to be a great mangaka. He kept on drawing. Masashi Kishimoto would "eventually go on to create one of the greatest manga read by many around the world, Naruto."

Kishimoto is my hero because he makes a lot of my favorite animes. He was also the second person that inspired me to start drawing. I think he is an awesome artist!
