Marilyn Monroe's birth name was Norma Jean Mortensen. Her nickname was The Blonde Bombshell M.M. As a child she almost smothered at 2 years old and at 6 she was almost raped. Even though she went through that as a child she still grew up to be an amazing women. She became a very popular person. As people grew to know Marilyn they also grew to love her.

Marilyn made her own look. She had her own hair style, her own clothing style, etc. everything was her own.

I think she is a hero because I would like to be a very famous person such as she is. She died a very popular person. I want to be just like that. Plus I plan to be just like her with my own look and everything.

I really don't why she's a hero but she had her own look and personality and I admire that she was her own person. I think she and I are a little alike.
