lure used to win tournament (www.bassfan.com/news_article.asp?ID=1765) |
Morizo Shimizu is smart because he won the bass fishing competition using many strategies. He won one of the competitions by knowing where the bass were hiding in shady places or rocky places. He even knows what lures to use for the day.

a bass lure to catch a bass (www.bassdozer.com/articles/icast2005.shtml) |
Morizo Shimizu showed his skill in many ways. He could turn a little replica fish into a large real fish. To do that he only uses a rod and a reel, some long string and lastly, a carefully chosen lure.
He is even nice because Morizo Shimizu handles fish or any living things gently so as not to harm them. Even if a bass died, he would feel really sad.
Morizo Shimizu shows his kindness in the way he treats the other competitors especially if they lost the competition.

I think Morizo Shimizu is my hero because he treats things nicely. He is smart because he knows were to cast lures in the shady place or not shady places. He is skilled because knows how to trick bass without scaring them. Morizo Shimizu inspires me because he is one of my favorite bass-fishing pros. He controls lures well and I want to be like him.
