Who my hero is

I chose my dad, Michael Leonardo, for my hero, because he is really great. He is really fun to play with. He is a really great person to live with. He works at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center. He helps people at the hospital. He is a security officer.

My dad sacrifices by working at the hospital. He gets people to the emergency room for treatment. He makes sure they are safe in their rooms. He works at a security desk, and can see hallways and rooms to make sure everyone is safe.

My dad has courage to help others by going into an unknown situation and controlling it. He would go help someone in the hospital, not knowing what is happening, and controlling the situation no matter what it is. My dad is a supervisor on weekends. He makes sure all the paper work is turned in. He makes sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to be doing. He makes sure everyone is doing their job. He makes sure everyone is where they are supposed to be.

My dad has integrity when he goes to work by trying to follow hospital policies. He follows the policies no matter what the situation is. My dad is determined to help others in any situation. His job is to help everyone in the hospital no matter what happens. He will help his co-workers or patients with whatever they need.

My dad is confident in his job. He has had lots of training in different parts of his job. He will help them with anything. He has had to learn first aid and CPR. He has learned how to deal with angry and upset people. He is very confident in all these areas because of his training.

My dad has passionate friends. When he was sick in the hospital, his friends helped our family through that hard time. His friends help us feel better and not to be so worried about him. They also helped us by collecting money when he was off work.

My dad gives back by helping coach my soccer team and coaching my sister’s team. He coaches my sister’s team on certain days and helps coach my team on certain days. He is a great help to my team. He teaches us new skills each practice.

My dad inspires me to help others. He makes me feel like helping others by his examples. He makes me want to help others that can’t help themselves.

My dad overcomes all different situations with the useful training he’s had. My dad has pride in his family, the people that he works with, and the job that he has. My dad has pride in everything that he does.
