I became aware of my hero when I started to watch America's Next Top model. Nigel Barker is a judge on the show, but on one of the episodes he was the photographer of the models also. It was really cool to me the way he saw things and his imagination. Nigel Barker does many things. But what I’m interested in is the fashion photography. What I like about Nigel Barker is he doesn’t always do the same kind of photography; he brings different varieties to every set. I love the way he imagines the picture then makes it happen.

Nigel Barker is a very talented fashion photographer. He was educated in London. This job requires an eye for beauty; it also requires concentration, imagination, and ideas. The salary of a fashion photographer depends on how well known you are. A fashion photographer can earn up to 100,000. My outlook on this career is that is very interesting. And a job that anyone should be happy to do every day.

Nigel Barker was interested in fashion and the industry. He was introduced to the fashion was in the 1980’s when he was on “The Clothes Show.” After that he became a high fashion model, his modeling career took him all over the world. After ten years of being a model he decided to follow his dream and become a photographer. Nigel Barker launched his own studio by 1996. He became a well known photographer fast because he was already a well know model before.

Nigel Barker is passionate about many things, he help the society by what he believes in. He is involved in the Humane Society of the United States. Nigel also joined the seal hunt in Canada to save the seals from being brutally killed on ice. He helps many causes, and because he is well known other people hear about them. And when this happens our society benefits.

To become a well known fashion photographer like Nigel Barker I am going to have to work very hard. I have to practice my photography skills. I have train my eye to see the unknown beauty of fashion. In high school I am going to take every opportunity that comes way. In college I will choose courses that will direct me straight into being a fashion photographer. And in my lifetime I’m going to put my work out there and let everyone see my photography. I will also do many varieties of fashion, and bring new ideas to fashion.
