Novak Djokovic was born on 22 May 1987 at Belgrade in Serbia. He is a tennis player. He lives in Monaco with his wife Jelena Djokovic and his son Stefan Djokovic. He is a current hero.

He began his professional career in 2003. Throughout his career, he won 61 single titles, including 11 Grand Chelem, Masters 5 and 26 Masters tournaments in 1000. He won the bronze medal at the Olympics in 2008 and the Davis Cup with Serbia team in 2010. His 2015 season is considered as one of the best in history of ATP with that of Rod Laver in 1969 and Roger Federer in 2006.

I have chosen Novak Djokovic as hero because I practise tennis and I 'm a fan of tennis this sport is a great player for me. He is a player I do not really know but I admire him last year at the Roland Garros tournaments. For me Novak Djokovic inspires the community because he is a young man who managed to build his career today has reached the top.

He is really invested for his country, not just in a sporting way. He created the Novak Djokovic Foundation in February 2012 which aims helping Serbia and Serbian people to face some difficulties. Indeed as a youngster he had to escape the 80 days of bombing of Belgrade carried out by the NATO forces. Today, the Foundation invests in the education of disadvantaged children. In May 2014, he donated all his winnings when winning the Rome Masters to all victims of his country, victims of floods.

Novak Djokovic is a generous man fighting for his country and for the victory. He's a hero.
