     I chose Nick Vujicic as my hero because he influences me to do much better in life. Even if Nick has no limbs (arms or legs) and I have both, Nick is happy with his life. I should be happier and I should be pushing myself to do great in life.

     Nick Vujicic was born on the 4th of December in 1982. Nick was born in Brisbrane, Australia. Nick went to a university named Griffith University in Logan, Australia. His mom's name is Dushka Vujicic and his dad's name is Pastor Boris Vujicic.

    Nick got influenced by an article in a newspaper. The article was about a man dealing with a severe disability. Nick realized that he wasn't unique in his struggles. After realizing that, Nick began to embrace his disability. Nick was born with Tetra-amelia Syndrome, a rare disorder characterized by the absences of all four limbs. After realizing that he wasn't the only one with rare disorders and severe disabilties, Nick practised really hard and began mastering all the daily tasks in life. Nick successfully became a preacher and a motivational speaker.

     Nick mastered all the daily tasks like writing, typing, combing his hair, brushing his teeth and more, even though he had no limbs. Nick goes to many different schools and gives motivational speeches. Nick is the director of the Life Without Limbs program. Nick has successfully become a preacher and motivational speaker. Nick has won a lot of people's hearts by giving sad yet motivational speeches.

    Nick Vujicic displays determination because he was determined to master all of the daily tasks in life and he did. Also, Nick displays perseverance because he persevered and didn't give up until he mastered all of the daily tasks of life. Nick displays happiness because, even though he has no limbs, he is really happy with his life.

    Nick Vujicic influences me by all of his good character traits he has. Nick is always determined, persevered and is always happy with his life even if he has Tetra-amelia Syndrome. 

     Therefore, Nick Vujicic is a determined, persevered and a happy man, and that is why I chose him as my hero.
