Nick Ian Willis-New Zealand 1500m runner. Nick Willis was born in 1983 on the 24th of April. He ran in the 2008 Summer Olympics and in 2006, 2004 and 2005. He came second in 2008. Nick Willis is Married to Sierra Boucher with no children. I think Nick Willis is a hero because he is always trying his hardest and has done so well over the years.

During that same Olympics Valerie Vili and Caroline and Georgina Evers-Swindell also got medals for their efforts! Nick Willis is from Lower Hutt in New Zealand and is currently in Michigan. Nick Willis has one sister, Mieke, and an older brother, Steve. When he was little Mieke would send Nick on runs around the block. People say that that is what helped him to become who he is today, but I think that he got to where he is today from hard work and dedication.

Nick Willis went to school in Lower Hutt in Wellington. Nick Willis could be getting a gold medal now instead of his silver medal because Rashid Ramzi of Bahrain tested positive for drugs at the 2008 Olympics.
