Ninos Heroes

A hero is someone who fights for a cause, also is who does big things for somebody and, the hero helps any person. A hero is one of those people that we can admire for to fight for all the people. I can follow in his steps. A hero is exactly one of those people who are not appreciated for any old thing but for really significant things. One hero is for example "Los Niños Héroes."

I think "Los Niños Héroes" are really heroes because...

"they are six brave young men fought valiantly for their country during the Mexican-American War, ranging in age from just 13 to 19 years of age. During this War in 1947, American Troops stormed Chapultepec Castle, at the time a military academy, in an attempt to take over Mexico City and ultimately the country. The children that defended Mexico in this battle, known today as "Los Niños Heroes" de Chapultepec. They died that September day, defending their country. Their sacrifice has been forever etched into Mexico’s history. One of the cadets, Juan Escutia, is believed to have wrapped himself in the Mexican flag before jumping to his death."

For me, “Los Niños Héroes” are an example of magnificent intelligence because they did a big thing that is so impressive and incredible. Also, when they fought for Mexico, they knew they were risking their lives. “Los Niños Héroes” were very valiant too, because they never gave up. “Los Niños Héroes”, for all the people of Mexico, are very important, interesting and amazing. The people of Mexico remember “Los Niños Héroes.” Even the government of Mexico has a really cool monument for “Los Niños Héroes.”

In conclusion “Los Niños Héroes” are so important for Mexican people because they saved their country. Also today, they created an impacting history through the years. They also are considered to be rescuers of the country and Mexican people.
