Oprah Winfrey. Perhaps this name is so famous that even I, who live in Indonesia, can really admire her. I recognized her for the first time from her number one television show. I think that I choose her as my hero becuase she is a woman who has inner-stregth and is capable of making every person feel special, which also inspires me a lot.

Oprah Winfrey's show has became my favourite show. She invites a lot of people to come to her show and share their personal stories, including famous Hollywood stars like Tom Cruise, Jennifer Aniston, and many others. But the one I feel very special about is that she can bring people together around the world with their problems and still can make those people feel very special. One time, she got one man who was abused by his step-father for more than 6 years. She also got his mother to come to the studio. For one hour, that man told everything about his story, about how scared he was and how ashamed he was.
Oprah stood up for him. She supported him a lot by telling him that, even though he had his childhoood nightmares, he was still a handsome and a confident young man who was ready for his future. For this man, those words were blessings that could make him go through with solving his own problems.

Another time, she got a woman who wanted to get a divorce from her husband. She told Oprah that she couldn't get along any longer with her husband because he often hit her while they were fighting. Oprah brought her some advice that told her, even though she felt that she couldn't make it through with her husband, she had to think one more time. She was no longer a weak woman but a very talented and special one. At the same time, that woman decided to try one more time to build a happy family with her husband. And lately, Oprah gave her own advice to the man, to keep his wife happy and try to love her. Finally, they became a happy couple and they could never forget how Oprah made that dream came true.

Those stories are just examples of how Oprah has changed many people's lives, including mine. She teaches me a lot of things. The way you give your heart to people in order to make other poeple's lives better, will bring you lots of happiness. She is now in the number one of 100 richest people in world according to Forbes Magazine. But she is just an ordinary woman with extraordinary talents - the talents to help, to share eveything she has with people - all of which make her closer to becoming an angel.

Oprah Winfrey, an African-American woman, the one with a blessed heart. She has inspired me a lot in my daily life. I try to struggle to make myself better, and then I will share the things that I have with other people. Not just for my own family, friends, or relatives, but for all people who need help. One day, I want to become like her - a very powerful business-woman with a gold heart.
