I’m doing my hero webpage on Primus because they’ve inspired me to play guitar. They are about the only thing keeping me from going insane.

Primus started in 1984 in El Sobrante, California. They only have three band members, Les Claypool, born September 29, 1963 in Richmond, California - part in the band vocals & bass guitar. Larry LaLonde born September 12, 1968 in Richmond, California - part in band guitar. And Tim Alexander, born April 10, 1965 in Cherry Point, North Carolina. Primus’s funk metal style of music revolutionized the music world forever. Primus has kept the fans happy with 11 albums. They got four awards, one platinum album in 1991 for Sailing the seas of cheese and again in 1993 for Pork soda and two in 1995 for Tales from the punchbowl.

Primus has affected by inspiring me to play guitar. They are one of the only things keeping me from going completely insane. And when I’m extremely mad I think of one of their songs and it stops me from going ballistic on the person.

Primus is committed to their music at the same time as to their fans by producing new award winning songs and albums. Primus has inspired me and my brother to play guitar. And they have made me want to write, perform and create and design music. Primus is extremely respectful to their fans by making 11 albums and kept playing shows for 25 years.

Primus has devoted their whole music career to their fans. Primus played a show to help build a youth park. They donated $18,000 to help build it. They can be very inspiring to people like my brother and me.
