Rosa Parks is one of my heroes because without her, segregation of black, coloured and white people would still be happening today. Rosa Parks was born on February 4th 1913. She died on October 24th 2005. People still can't believe that one person changed humanity.
On December 1, 1955 Rosa Parks decided that she wanted to make a change. She sat at the back of the bus. She didn't care about the fact that she would possibly go to jail.
People think that it's not a big deal that she refused to sit at the back of the bus, but most coloured people and a lot of non coloured people look up to her. People even make kids television episodes based on what Rosa Parks did.
And that is why i look up to ROSA PARKS.
