Rosa Parks

INTRODUCTION
A woman who is very brave. She fought for equality. She is none other than Rosa Parks. She is very intelligent and aware of the problems of equality. I hope that her efforts have paid off. The following is a list of the things I will be saying about Rosa Parks: why she is a hero, what she did, her biography, her family, awards and honours, and why she did what she did. She is my hero and I’ll tell you why.

BIOGRAPHY
Rosa Parks was born in a small village in Alabama called Tuskegee. She was born on February 4th, 1913. She died on October 24, 2005. Her father’s name is James McCauley. He mother’s name is Leona Edwards McCauley. She had two sisters and one brother. Her sister was helpless but still very helpful, because when her parents died, she took her sisters and brother somewhere that wasn’t dangerous.

WHY SHE IS A HERO
A few of you might know why Rosa Parks is a hero. But, for those of you that don’t know, she is a hero because she, as an African American, refused to give up her seat on a bus for an American. She is known as the Mother of the Civil Rights Movement. Some people believe that Martin Luther King Jr. is a better hero, but others believe that Rosa Parks is a more important hero. She believed that everyone should have equal rights, especially when it comes to racism. I think that this is the reason why she did what she did. This is also yet another reason why she is my hero.

CHARACTER TRAITS
It is clear that Rosa Parks was very responsible. This is true because she took full responsibility for when she refused to give up her seat on a bus for a white man. She was arrested and took full responsibility for her actions. In my opinion, she is also very brave. She was brave enough to speak what she felt and what she believed in. Also, for this reason she is my hero. She is the best of the best and better than the rest!

AWARDS & HONOURS
Not only did she do something that was very inspiring, but she was also recognized for the brave thing that she did. In 1979, she received the medal for the "National Association for the Advancement of Coloured People" foundation. She also received the honour of lying in state in the Rotunda. She received the Congressional gold medal. She also won the Martin Luther King Jr. prize in 1980. On September 9th, 1996, the President, Bill Clinton, gave Rosa Parks the "Presidential Medal of Freedom". And also, in Detroit, 12th Street was renamed as Rosa Parks Boulevard. Rosa Parks had also won all of these awards along with many others.

CONCLUSION
In conclusion, I think that Rosa Parks is a very honest and inspiring person. She even inspired Martin Luther King Jr. to give his speech named “I Have A Dream”. Although I am sure that Martin Luther King Jr. is a very intelligent person, I still think that Rosa Parks was incredible, and I’m sure that you think the same.

J’espère que ses efforts ont épongé. BIOGRAPHIE
Rosa Parks est née dans une petite ville a l’Alabama qui s’appelle Tuskegee. Elle est née le 4 février, 1913. Elle est morte le 24 octobre, 2005. Son père s’appelle James McCauley. Sa mère s’appelle Leona Edwards McCauley. Elle a deux soeurs et un frère. Sa soeur été impuissante mais très serviable, parce-que quand ses parents sont morts, elle prend ses soeurs et son frère ailleurs que n’a pas dangereux.

POURQUOI?

Un peu de vous peur connaître pouquoi Rosa Parks est un hero. Mais, pour ces de vous que ne connaître pas, elle est un héro parce-qu’elle, comme une l’Africain d’Américain, refusé à renoncer sa banquette sur un autobus pour un Américain. Elle est connu comme la mère de Civil Right’s Movement. Des personnes croire que Martin Luther King Jr. est un meilleur héro, mais autres croire que Rosa Parks est un héro plus importante. À mon avis, Rosa Parks est morte un hero. Elle croire que tout le monde doivent avoir les mêmes droits, en particulier quand il s’agit de racisme. Je pense que c’est la raison pour laquelle elle a fait qu’est-ce qu’elle a fait. Et aussi, c’est la raison pour laquelle elle est mon héro. Elle a la meillure de la meilleure et mieux que les restes.

DES TRAITS DE CARACTÉRE
Il a évident que Rosa Parks a très responsable. C’est vrai parce-qu’elle a pris tout responsabilité pour quand elle a refusé a renoncer sa banquette sur le bus pour l’Américain. Elle a arrêté et pris tout responsibilité pour ses actions. A mon avis, elle a aussi très courageuse. Elle a courageuse assez parler qu’est-ce qu’elle a senti et qu’est-ce qu’elle croire. C’est aussi une autre raison pour laquelle elle est mon héro. Elle a la meillure de la meilleure et mieux que les restes!

RÉCOMPENSES & HONNEURS
Elle n’a pas seulement fait quelque chose d’inspiration, mais elle a aussi été reconnu pour les courageux chose qu’elle fait. En conclusion, je pense que Rosa Parks est une personne très hônnete et inspirant. Elle même l’inspiré Martin Luther King Jr. donner se discours s’appelle “I Have a Dream”. Bienque je suis sûr que Martin Luther King Jr. a été un personne très intelligent, j’encore pense que Rosa Parks a été incroyable, et je suis sûr que vous pensez que la même.
