Ryan Sheckler

Ryan Sheckler is my hero. The reason I chose Ryan Sheckler as my hero is because of his charity work. Ryan Sheckler created Sheckler Foundation. Sheckler Foundation helps to give back to communities and industries. Ryan stepped onto an old skateboard belonging to his father when he was only eighteen months old. From that very moment, he took the board with him everywhere he went. Ryan Sheckler became pro at the age of 13. Ryan has many good qualities like skateboarding, charity founder, and TV star.

Ryan Sheckler was born on December 30, 1989 (age 24). He has two siblings named Kane Sheckler and Shane Sheckler. His height is 5'7. His weight is 150 lbs. Ryan Sheckler comes from La Palma, CA. After getting sponsored by Almost: Round Three, Sheckler left from the company to join the relaunched Plan B skateboard company in 2007. Sheckler even has a series of episodes called "Sheckler Sessions.'' Sheckler Sessions features the boys skateboarding, having fun, and traveling.

Ryan Sheckler inspires me in many ways. From charity working to skateboarding. Ryan Sheckler is an amazing talented skateboarder with all of his contest wins and becoming pro at age 13. Every day Ryan Sheckler strives for a goal and ends up completing that goal. As of 2014, Ryan's sponsors are Red Bull Plan b, etnies, Oakley, Nixon, Go Pro, Independent, CCS, Grizzly, Andale, Ethika, and Panasonic. Ryan has even been featured in video games such as Tony Hawk's American Wasteland, Tony Hawk's Project 8, Tony Hawk's Underground 2, Tony Hawk's Proving Ground, Tony Hawk: Ride, and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD. At the age of 10 Ryan made his first cover on a magazine called Big Brother Skateboarding mag.

Ryan's "Sheckler Foundation" has a program called Skate for a Cause. Skate for a Cause is an event of all skaters all ages. It raises money and awareness for Sheckler Foundation. Its part of the "Be the Change" project. Ryan Sheckler has a Celebrity Golf Tournament that raises money for Sheckler Foundation. The charity attracted 13 million social media followers at there last event. Ryan Sheckler has many unique qualities. These ways are some of the many ways he's unique, and an inspiration to all!
