Hi! My name is Blair and I am going to share my hero with you! He is a preacher at FUMC! (First United Methodist Church.) I am going to explain three reasons why he is my hero! First, is that he is respectful, he teaches me about God , and last but not least he is a hero!

You always want to be respectful don't you? Well, my opinion is that he is the most respectful person I have ever met! I will explain three reasons why! He is respectful because he uses his manners! He says "thank you" and "you're welcome", nice things like that! Second, he never complains! Even if he is having a rough week he does not complain! Third, he never takes his anger out on anybody like I would sometimes to my sister! But he does not take it out on anybody nor his sister/brother! I hope you can understand why he is respectful!

My second main reason is that he teaches me about God! I will also explain three good reasons why he teaches me about God! First, he taught me about the Ten Commandments! He taught me to honor your parents, don't steal, and don't kill! Those are only three and I am still amazed of how much we have done that but my preacher got me closer to God! He taught me not to do those 10 things. I have learned so much! Second, he taught me whenever you don't want to get in a fight or not be their friend, just turn your cheek! Don't keep on and get into more trouble! Turn your cheek! Third, he taught me not to complain and appreciate something once and a while! Some people don't even get as much as food in a year than we do in one meal! "Just appreciate the gift of life," Christian Roberts a cancer survivor said to her little sister!

Now what I was trying to get to is that he is a true hero! He respects things, appreciates things and teaches me about God! He has taught me so much, he is a true hero! I think he is a true hero, do you!?
