Our "Group Princess" was made up of Isabela, Evelina, Andreea, Delia, Ruxandra, Alexandra, Bianca and Mihaela and our hero is Queen Mary.
Queen Maria of Romania was born on October 29th, 1875 at Eastwell Park in Kent Great Britain, and she was the grand-daughter of Great Britain's Queen Victoria.
Maria Alexandra Victoria was engaged at sixteen to Prince Ferdinand of Hohenzollern, heir of Romanian throne.
Called by her people "Mother of the Wounded", "Solider Queen", and later, "Maria, The Artist Queen", the woman with blue-silver eyes was crowned as Queen of Romania on October 15th, 1922 and she reigned with Ferdinand until 1927.
Maria worked on the front in hospitals during the First World War and she was the King's adviser until his death.
She wrote poems and stories for children, she painted and she gave scholarships and money to many personalities of the artistic and literary world.
