Three of Mrs. Brown’s major accomplishments are opening her own horse-back riding stable where she teaches special needs children, therapeutic riding, dressage, centered riding, western, and hunter jumper. Learning how to ride and show as an adult most people learn when they’re younger but we didn’t have the money. Lastly raising three kids Rebecca, Luke, and Jacob (Sherri says, “Lee and I are not quite done with that yet).

The one obstacle she had to overcome is she didn’t have the money to ride horses or to get lessons for horse back riding. Then when she was on her own she still didn’t have the money to ride or get lessons from somebody but then finally she found a lady that would give her lessons if she worked at the barn.

Because she is loyal to the students and horses to teach them the right thing in order to become a better rider and to overcome their fears. Also because she has perseverance because when she is working with a pony or horse she never gives up on trying to get the horse or pony to do what she wants. She also has intrepidity because when she is riding, and a horse does something, like bucks or spooks, she is fearless about making the horse or pony not scared anymore.

She is the oldest of five girls. She loves to read… She reads about one book a week, she didn’t go to the beach until she was 16 and wasn’t sure she liked it at first. Their family had a cabin in the mountains and spent almost every weekend of the summer up there. She says she doesn’t clean the house as much as she should but I beg to differ about that. She loves ice-cream and hates tomatoes, and lastly loves kids and horses.
