Sandra Bullock

It all started July 26th 1964 when Sandra Anette Bullock was born in Arlington, Virginia. When she was twelve, she moved to Nuremberg, Germany with her grandmother where it all started. She started to sing in opera's children choir, she would do ballet and vocal arts classes as well. After doing it for a while and doing good her and her mother started taking tours frequently. Germany/Europe was where she spend most of her childhood. She even speaks German, Sandra Bullock has grown up doing activities to be a great actress, just as she turned out to be.

Sandra Bullock is my hero because of all that she's been through in the past couple years while still standing strong today. Going through a divorce with a man that had cheated on her several times and denying it. While finishing up the film "The Blind Side" starring Sandra Bullock and Quinton Aaron she was filing for a divorce that was announced final on June 28 2010. Sandra Bullock and Jesse James had begun an initial adoption process four years earlier before the divorce that Sandra proceeded after finalized as a single parent to a baby boy named Louis Bardo.

Sandra Bullock has donated $1 million dollars to American Red Cross at the least four times total of $4 million dollars donated alone. She also sent money to the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunamis. Last year she donated $1 million dollars towards the Haiti earthquake in 2010, and another million for the 2011 earthquake in Japan. We often hear of celebrities donating money, yes. But, do we here of them donating more then 2-3 times tops? It's stated at the least she donated $4 million dollars, with a possibility she donated more. Including the extra $2 million for the tragedies that our World is suffering today. She works hard for her money just like everyone else and instead of being greedy like other celebrities that have not donated money to natural disasters, Sandra Bullock shows her goodness by realizing that people do need help, and with her help, those who have suffered will get through it thanks to her.

To this day Jesse James has the nerve to bad mouth Sandra Bullock as of being engaged to the promiscuous Kat Von D. Stating that Sandra is a phony and gives the same speech at special occasions at least four times. While Jesse continues to talk ugly about Sandra, Sandra continues to say nothing and yet be the mature one in the situation after everything that he has put her through. Sandra constantly shows us her maturity by keeping her mouth shut even at times like this. I commend her for not letting his immaturity get to her.

Sandra Bullock is my hero for many reasons, as she continues to inspire us and give us reasons to believe that she absolutely deserved to be woman of the year; she keeps a smile on her face with a positive attitude to remind us that life goes on and nothing should get in the way of our happiness.
