My dad in Puerto Rico (My dad)

My dad is my hero. He is now 42 years old. He is very inspirational to me because he is friendly, humorous, helpful, and caring.

When i was three my mom and dad got a divorce. Me and my two brothers Alec and Brendan lived in Naperville with my mom until i was four when she passed away. My dad sold his apartment nearby and moved into our house. Taking care of a four year old, and an eleven and twelve year old all by himself, we all moved into his girlfriend's that he had been with since a few months after the divorce. His old girlfriend Kristen is now my step mom today and we still live in the same house. She has two kids, one boy and one girl. Luckily the boy Nick was my brother's age so they got along excellently.

My dad is important to me because he takes care of me and helps make my life superior. He made a big difference in my life because without him i would not be who or where i am today.
