Talaat Harb

Mohamed Talaat Hassan Mohamed Harb, this is his whole name. He was born in Elgamalia, Cairo. His father had too many problems with money so, this affected his economical opinions and his career dreams.

When he finished college he worked in the judjes section which controls the "khedew' money. Afterwards he was promoted as a manager.

When he became the manager of "Egyptian buildings" company, people were so satisfied because it was the first time that an Egyptian become a manger of a non-Egyptian company.

In 1905 he decided to build a small bank that helped amateur and beginner business men by loaning and he decided that D/Foad Soluatan would manage it and he would persuade people to help him in creating "Bank Masr."

When he got the money he opened the Bank and the first company which had been made by the Bank was "Egypt presses" and after a year of opening, the Bank had helped 1,500 companies.
