When you hear the word "hero", what characteristics come to your mind? Bravery, inspiration, and hardworking? Maybe even being devoted to their work and loving the people and items around them? I personally think that all of the characteristics above make a hero. Taylor Lautner shares all of these characteristics and even more. That is why Taylor Lautner is a hero! He is compassionate towards his work, loves his surroundings, an inspiration, and is hard-working. When there is a risky stunt in a movie, he dares to do it; bravery. Put aside all of his physical characteristics, then look. He IS a hero!

On 2/11/92, Taylor Daniel Lautner was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan to his parents Daniel and Deborah Lautner. He went to and elementary school called Jamestown Elementary School. Around age six, he began karate and martial arts and fell in love. From there on, he always would be in love with the sport. His acting career began through his martial arts coach when a few years later, Taylor's coach told him that there was a Burger King commercial that he should try out for. Taylor happily accepted the offer and tried out for the commercial. He made the part, and since then, he fell in love with acting.

Even when Taylor was under 10 years old, he loved acting. It is his true passion! He likes acting because of the challenge of memorizing scripts, stunts, and creating friends. He does it for the fun of it! Like I have briefly stated in an earlier paragraph, Taylor always takes on risky stunts in every movie. He sees no reason in hiring a stunt devil! He likes the challenge and sees it as another opportunity to give it all he has. Is it a big challenge for him? Yes, it definitely is! But challenge is what he looks for. It motivates him greatly. He wants to make his fans happy by giving them his best! He says, "I love action films. I'd love to do an action drama. I'm always looking to give my character something action-oriented to do." Challenge motivates him and is his way of trying his best and putting all of his best effort in. He is independent! He works hard! He believes in himself! To be closer to his work, he moved to Beverly Hills. It makes work easier for him. Beverly Hills is where he currently resides.

Taylor Lautner inspires me by sending me his message of courage, self-respect, and believing in yourself. He has taught me to believe in myself and to try my best in everything I do. He has also taught me that hard work and great effort pays off and at the end of the day, you sit down and feel great because you accomplished a goal and tried your personal best. This helps me because sometimes I do have self-doubt or maybe even times of sadness. but Taylor has taught me to get back up and try again, even if you failed the first time. Don't let ANYTHING knock you down! If you feel sad or tried hard and didn't make it, that is no reason to stop or quit on yourself! Get back up, take a deep breath, and try your hardest. The world has endless opportunities and open doors for us. It is just up to each one of us to walk through them and see the beauty of the other side.

Taylor Lautner is a true hero. His message of self-belief lives on in my heart, my mind and hopefully in others too. He has inspired me by teaching me to live my life to its fullest, and to not let small obstacles ruin me or get in my way. Hard work pays off and once you give all of your best effort in, you feel great.So I thank Taylor for all of his time and effort put in to inspire fans like myself. He had a dream, he chased it, and now look at him! He worked hard! Sure, he might have had a few failed attempts, but he didn't let them get in his way. Hard work is the key to success.Chase your dreams! That's what Taylor has done. You can't be successful without effort...But if you put in all of your effort and didn't do well, at least you can say you tried.
