Temuera Morrison

by Tommy Anderson

My hero is Temuera Morrison because he shows a passion for acting.

Morrison was born on December 26, 1960 in Rotorua, New Zealand. He learned drama in the New Zealand special performing arts scheme. One of his first roles was in the 1988 film "Never Say Die." Before he was in the movie "Never Say Die" he was “Ricky” in the TV soap opera “Close to Home.”

Some more movies or TV shows that he was in include: Shortland Street as Dr. Hone Ropta, once were warriors, what becomes of the Broken Hearted?, Speed 2; Cruise Control, The Beautiful Country. He played Jango Fett in Star Wars : Attack of the Clones in 2002.

He often makes me exited and sometimes happy. I like acting and actors. That is why I like Temuera Morrison.
