Lesane Parish Crooks or as we know him by Tupac, was born on, June 16, 1971 at East Harlem, New York. Tupac was an American rapper, record producer, poet, and an activist. Tupac started off as one of the MC's for the "Digital Underground before he branched out and became a solo artist. Some notable associated acts are; Outlawz, Thug Life, Danny Boy, Mac Dre, Digital Underground, etc. Unfortunately, Tupac was murdered on September 13, 1996 at an intersection of Flamingo Road and Koval Kane, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Tupac has not only impacted my life but many others. He has impacted a generation of music enthusiast from the day he has started rapping and even up until the present, many years after his death. He has inspired many scholars with his strong poetic demeanor and passion towards social concepts, an activist. He was gifted, a natural born leader, a leader who united many people with his music, philosophy, and opinions.

While serving his prison sentence, Tupac became fond of philosophy, and military strategies, most notably from Niccolo Machiavelli and Sun Tzu. He shortly released a Multi-Platinum album, "Me against the world." He also wrote a whole album in the month of August in 7 days, thus called his next and final album that he released, "The Don Killuminati; The 7 Day theory

Tupac Amaru Shakur was more than an artist, he was a political revolutionist, a poet, and rapper, and he also starred in many movies. Tupac has given a huge impact of my life with his music and ideas, his philosophy was based off of the same concepts I have once encountered in my lif. His accommodations and accolades cannot compare towards many artist in today's music industry. I have no other words for such, legend, he was special...
