Taylor Swift is an American country pop singer. Swift was born and raised in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania as the first child and only daughter of Andrea, a homemaker, and Scott Swift, a stockbroker on December 13, 1989. She has a younger brother named Austin. At the age of ten, Swift began writing songs and singing them at karaoke contests, festivals, and fairs around her hometown. She has done many things in her career. She isn't one of those people who only cares about herself. She is one of those people who thinks about other people before herself.

Taylor Swift has done a lot for our environment. She inspired many children to start helping out with the environment. She got together with Nickelodeon and started "The Big Green Help." When she did that she got a lot of children to help out with the environment. Now there are children all over the world trying to save the environment. There are kids planting trees, picking up trash that has washed up on the shore, and she has kids spreading the news about how earth is dying and how they need to save it.

Taylor Swift is very popular. She broke the barrier between country music and pop. And now she is one of the best pop singers out there. She has won 8 Grammys in total. She won four in 2009 and 4 in 2010. She is an inspiration to many people. If anyone wanted some advice or had the chance to have some of Taylor Swift's personality rub off on them then they should do it because if any of us could be anything similar to Taylor Swift then we will make it very far in life.
