Tiger Woods' legendary drive

Eldrick Tont Tiger Woods was born on December 30,1975. He is half African American, one-quarter Chinese, and one quarter Asian. Tiger grew up in Cypress, California, an hour away from Los Angeles, California. He considers himself Asian American. He picked up a golf club when he was under 1 year old. His parents' names are Earl and Kultida Woods. He grew up in a pleasant 3 bedroom apartment. When he was 1 and a half he played against Bob Hope in a putting contest and won.

He entered Stanford University in the fall of 1994. Tiger won a match against France’s best golfers. When he was a kid he won 5 young golfer’s awards. Tiger has won 66 PGA tour events.

Tiger won the 2008 US Open. He was the youngest ever to win the Masters in 1997. He won the Masters in 97 by a record 12 strokes. Tiger won the 97 Mercedes Classic.

I chose Tiger woods because I love golf. As a matter of fact, it is my favorite sport. My favorite golfer is Tiger Woods. I think that he is the best golfer in the United States. I chose him because I wanted to learn more about him.

That is why I chose Tiger Woods for my 4th grade hero project.
