She decide to make a lemonade stand to help people with cancer and try to help cure them with money she got from the lemonade stand. The first year she did her lemonade stand was when she was four years old, and she raised $2,000, and she donated it to a local hospital. Before Alexandra died, she raised 1 million dollars and she donated it. Her family keeps her legacy going by opening up a website and receiving donations and then donating that money to local hospitals.
